Trust and Care Rwanda (TCR) is implementing a vocational training initiative aimed at supporting out-of-school and stranded youth to acquire practical, marketable skills in key trades, including tailoring, video production and filming, and hairdressing.
Trust and Care Rwanda support students enrolled in technical and vocational institutions by paying school fees for vulnerable learners across different schools in Rwanda. This ongoing support enables young people to access quality technical education and acquire skills that prepare them for future employment and economic independence.
In addition, TCR has established partnerships and signed Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with institutions such as IPRC Kigali and Fondazione Marcegaglia Plus to strengthen future collaboration in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) and broader youth empowerment initiatives.
