Child Rights Advocacy and Protection - Trust and Care Rwanda

Child Rights Advocacy and Protection

TCR is implementing a nutrition support initiative that provides healthy meals and care for children of adult literacy learners while their parents attend classes, ensuring that both children and caregivers are supported in a safe and conducive learning environment.

About Child Rights Advocacy and Protection

Trust and Care Rwanda (TCR) is actively involved in child protection, child rights awareness, and community sensitization initiatives aimed at improving the safety, well-being, and development of vulnerable children in Rwanda. TCR also serves as part of the child protection focal point, working closely with communities and stakeholders to strengthen child protection systems and promote children’s rights.

Strengthening community-based child protection mechanisms, improving responses to child abuse and exploitation, and supporting children at risk through psychosocial support and safe spaces. Through this holistic approach, TCR aims to create a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment where every child has the opportunity to grow, learn, and reach their full potential.
